Softlink’s School Library Survey Feature Documents

School libraries share...
all the feature documents

Softlink Education has been conducting annual school library surveys since 2010. Initially just an Australian survey, we have since expanded the survey to include New Zealand, Asia, the United Kingdom, and Europe.

The responses from these surveys reflect the level of commitment and enthusiasm that library professionals bring to their role and their desire to promote a love of reading and learning with their students.

Softlink is very proud to support this in the form of feature documents that share the voice of librarians.

In 2015, we published our first feature document, sharing written comments and feedback provided by respondents in the 2014 Australian School Library Survey. Titled “The Top 7 Challenges for School Libraries” responses were drawn from feedback to an open comments field question at the end of the survey - What is one thing you would change about your library or role?

Since then, we have published 20 School Library Survey based documents which feature responses to open comment field questions in the survey and share the ideas and real voice of school library professionals globally. Details and links to these features are included below.
