The Oliver Teacher’s Library Portal. Your simplified circulation solution, so teachers can easily manage classroom resources, and reclaim valuable teaching time. Working alongside your school librarian, the Teacher’s Library Portal allows educators to thrive!

Meet Mr. Garcia, a dedicated middle-school science teacher who juggles numerous responsibilities such as lesson planning, grading and resource management. In those moments when the librarian's support isn't available, the Oliver Teacher’s Library Portal steps in to assist him.

Upon logging in, Mr. Garcia is met with a user-friendly interface designed with educators like him in mind. He navigates to the circulation tab, he can loan and return items to his students with ease, by scanning barcodes or typing resource titles. This streamlined process saves him valuable time and effort – and ensures he doesn’t upset Ms Rolling, his librarian.

Mr Garcia has a box of textbooks to hand out for the term. He's had problems in the past keeping track of them and never seemed to finish the term with the same amount that he started with. Fortunately, with the Oliver Teacher’s Library Portal, he can assign the textbooks to individual students straight out the box with just a few clicks, so he will always know where they are.

From the portal, he can also generate reports for his class, complete with graphs, illustrating loan and review trends across different periods. When he needs additional resources, he transitions back to his school’s Oliver library system with a single click.
