What do you see as the library’s most important service to the staff and students at Emmaus College? (0:07)

At Emmaus college, one of the most important services the library offers is support for all of the teachers and of the heads of department.

We’re the go-to place for all of their resources and research.

We also are the hub of the school, so we offer services not just in library but a lot of different areas.

How does Oliver v5 help the library support the students? (0:36)

Oliver v5, we’ve had that since 2016 and what I like about it is it’s a central place for all resources.

Whether it’s integrated with ClickView or Federated Search we can all go to the one place.

How do you find the Softlink Support Service? (0:55)

Softlink Support Services have been fantastic.

From the start I’ve always had very efficient replies and I’ve also had help with more complex things such as specialised reports and different types of things which I needed, but maybe they don’t get the request for very often.
