Analytical reporting in Oliver.
View your library data in real time, with full control over how information is shown using the dynamic analytical reporting function in Oliver.
From the tab at the top of the management screen you can create custom reports on library data. These reports provide high level, aggregated information to see library trends without displaying individual records.
Select one of the premade queries, or create your own. Drag and drop the fields you want to into the report, and watch how your changes affect the report as you make them. You can narrow down the report further using the filter dropdown or by clicking the field name and selecting which values to include in the report.
Leave your data as a table or select one of the graph options down the side.
You can see the actual value of a segment by hovering over it with your mouse. Graphs can be exported to image or pdf files. Save your query to run again at a later date or click the new button to start fresh.
